Cancellations: If you are unable to keep your appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid paying the full consultation fee.
Initial NAET Consultation
Initial NAET consultations run approximately 1 hr 15 min. During the first consultation, you will be given the NAET patient guide book, which is a resource for patients to keep track of their progress during NAET treatments. The consultation includes a brief overview of NAET, an introduction to the patient guide book, a detailed case history intake, a review of the patient information consent form, followed by the first treatment in the basics —BBF. The first basic treatment, BBF, is a good introduction to NAET as it has no avoidance after the treatment (whereas the others often require 25 hrs of avoidance), and it opens up the energy communication channels in the body, making subsequent testing and treatments more effective.
In preparation for your first NAET consultation you are encouraged to:
- Fill out the symptom form (download pdf here). You are encouraged to email the form in advance of your appointment (although you can also bring it with you to your first appointment)
- Read the patient information form (download pdf here). You will be asked to sign this form during your first appointment.
- Gather and bring any lab work/blood work reports to your first appointment.
- Although it is not required that you finish reading the book, Say Goodbye to Illness, it is recommended that you glance through the chapters and case studies.
1 hr NAET Consultations
Follow up NAET Consultations are 1 hr and typically include:
- Discussion update on how the patient is progressing
- Muscle response testing for successful passing of previous treatment
- Either a boosting of a previous treatment or an emotional treatment
- Treatment for allergen
Herbal Consultations
During the initial herbal consultation, you will be asked questions regarding your current condition and symptoms, your general health and well-being, medical history, diet and lifestyle. Bring any information about supplements, medications and lab reports to your appointment. You are encouraged to bring a 3-5 day diet diary that includes a list of all foods and liquids ingested. Subsequent follow-up consultations are 30 minutes. Treatment may include whole plant preparations in a variety of forms including: infusions, decoctions, tinctures, juices, syrups, capsules and external applications such as creams and lotions. The cost of herbal preparations varies but is typically between £5 and £12 a week.
